With Attack on Titan Season 1 Episode 1, Hajime Isayama’s manga series returns with new episodes every week. The anime is a perfect way to get someone who loves action started on anime- I think it is literally the most mainstream anime ever made. But with this comes downsides- ones not apparent to the viewer at first glance, but looking back on it after watching it around the time it first came out, definitely shine through.
For one, the animation is extremely crisp and clear. Secondly, there are very few cuts or errors throughout the entire anime- which is great because they managed to keep the story consistent despite having a huge cast of characters. Lastly, the English dub was very good and offered a similar experience to the original Japanese dub.
I would recommend watching Attack on Titan Season 1 Episode 1 if you’re a fan of action anime or manga, and you’re looking for an excellent show to start your day off right.
